Wordless Wednesday: Peeled and Ready to Cook


  1. I have never peeled a pumpkin! What a big job!! I just know your next post will be of what you made with it! (I hope)!

  2. I never peeled a pumpkin either... we usually just cook it whole then scoop the soft pulp away with a spoon...

    What did you make with it?

    Grandma used to mix the pulp with butter, cinnamon and brown sugar, then serve it up as dessert. YUM

  3. I ended up making soup, frying pieces, and adding others to stirfry. I froze about 3/4 of it that's I'll turn into mush for baking.
