Unknown Vine - Basella Rubra

I have no idea what this plant is but it's really strange.  It has small white flowers that eventually develop into green seed pods.  These then turn a deep, shiny black.  If anyone can identify it I would really appreciate it.  I think it may be an herb.

Update:  I think this is Basella Rubra.  I'm not entirely sure but that's were I've ended up from my googling.
