Variegated Hibiscus

2 comments:

  1. I have never seen a variegated hibiscus ANYWHERE before. Are they common?

PS- You must have had some very quick fingers to find that other blog so fast.:-)I'm in the process of reactivating it now and changing the pen name that was originally attached to it.--Randy

  2. I had never seen one before either. I think we have about three plants all with red flowers. They don't seem to produce any pollen so I'm assuming their sterile. I noticed today that the back of the flowers actually have some white patterning on them as well. I think I'm going to try and start a few cuttings.

You had actually already deleted the blog post when I read it and clicked on the link. I've signed up for google reader which keeps the posts even after they've been deleted. I discovered this a few months back when I deleted an old blog but the full posts still showed up in google reader.
